    M. A. LeBlanc & Associates Ltd. was formed to provide Electrical Engineering Design services to meet the needs of a changing construction industry. The Principles and Staff of the firm have provided services on a variety of commercial, institutional and industrial projects, of all sizes, throughout the Atlantic Provinces. M. A. LeBlanc & Assoc. Ltd. is able to provide whatever level of design, and construction services required for a particular project, regardless of size or complexity. We have experience with designing LEED buildings as well as reviewing other designs for compliance. Our objective is to provide our clients with an effective team approach to Design and Construction Supervision.
